by far the worst body type. if I don't stay at very low bf% I look like complete shit.
all the fat is in my waist, calves and ass. I can't wear normal-sized jeans and look t-rex mode after just a couple of kgs. my waist fat unbalances my torso and makes me look round.

Do you even lift? No, seriously, my body was like that and after a couple of years of lifting (not even seriously, mostly doing crossfit) my body fat redistributed a little bit better, even if I'm still stuck on 20%bf beacuse I eat like shit.
