pull ups and lat pull downs will by far give you the most development. The problem is that 90% of people overestimate what they should be lifting on the pulldown. They end up bending too far back, swinging the weight and turning the exercise into a trap/rear delt/back workout.

I'm really skinny. Without going too much into detail, I want to up my caloric intake. I'm aiming for 4500kcal a day. I don't have the appetite or time to stomach all that food unfortunately, so i was thinking about gulping 3 tablespoons of sunflower seed oil at every meal, with 3 meals a day.

This amounts roughly to 1000 kcal.

What does /fit/ thik of this?

I have a BMI of 14-15.

So I got up this morning and went to stretch out my arms.
Nothing hurt at first but it definitely felt like something was up. I tried a few different motions and found that if I do a sort of a lateral raise or rotate my shoulder it hurts like a cunt.
Anyone have experience with this?

Most legit gyms have thinner bars for the purpose of deadlifting and power cleaning. You'll be fine.

Invest in some chalk. Big hands help but it's all about the grip.

Look. Legs are the worst. They aren't arms. They aren't chest. They aren't even back. But dammit, it's been 3 weeks since I did legs.

What do you do for legs (read: rest day) so you can't walk the next day?

well their are hard to train as in it literally physically draining so there is that. if you don't want crazy hyoooge quads and legs in general you don't need to do barbell squats. you can do weighted lunges or pistols (or a progression leading up to pistols since they are hard to do if you haven't trained for them) and focus a bit more on the mobility of you legs. you can always add barbell squats into that mix.
