If it's only just flared up and isn't too bad then take a week of lifting completely and ice it for 20 mins twice a day. When you come back do some very light exercises to see if it's better.
If you're retarded like me and you pushed through the pain you might need a month of rest, ice and antiinflammatories for it to heal.

I had it so bad that I couldn't throw a tennis ball without my arm making me cringe with pain, I thought it was benching, chin ups etc causing it
It was my squat, and for ages I was stuck at 2 plate squat because of it. My arm position and grip was meaning that as the weight got heavier there was too much loaded on the arm helping the bar stay in place, it was destroying my arm. I changed my grip and worked on shoulder mobility which gave me a better shelf to place the bar and put my arms in a better position, no pain since.
Anecdotal, obviously I'm not implying that's what is causing it for you. Just find what's causing it, lower weight, stretch and find ways to lift that doesnt hurt it. Simple but it's suffering, it could take months or one session to find what's wrong. Patience
