Definitely cut first.
Cutting first:
Pros: Get lean quickly.
Cons: Look like shit even when lean, increase bf% when you start bulking, spin your wheels for a long time before you make actual progress
Bulking first:
Pros: Rapid progress in strength and muscle mass, bf% stays roughly the same while you get bigger, faster to cut when you're bigger and stronger, will actually look good when you're done cutting
Cons: You're chubby until you've done your first cut.

In the world of youtube, I often see wannabe celebrity vloggers constantly dragging out their story of their weight loss, over and over again, milking it for praise in monetized videos.
But what are we praising here? Someone that reached such a low level, then pulled themselves out of it? What about the people that gained just 40 lbs, realized what was happening and stopped it earlier? Are they not as deserving of praise because they had more self control or self awareness? Is it not as impressive because they don't have huge flaps of loose skin and tons of stretch marks?
It reminds me of a guy that would always bring up being a former meth addict, but now teaches at a college. Are we supposed to keep giving you a pat on the back for self preservation? We can't judge you for getting yourself into a predicament in the first place?
I don't get it. You let yourself fail, then pulled yourself back up to where the majority of people are at. It's not like you trained from being a scrawny person to a champion weightlifter.

I think being thick is attractive. I'm bisexual and I just think average girls with tits and ass/hips look way better, but if you're too skinny, you have no hips.

melatonin pills. Working out right before I go to bed helps me sleep tons.
stop drinking alcohol
stop drinking fucking monster drinks
workout as early in the day as you can, only consume caffeine before the workout and none after it
stop eating simple sugars, either high or low blood sugar can stop you sleeping
if working out late don't take pre-workouts with caffeine or stimulants
keep protein intake very high, this will help you keep gains and help with sleep
