Well, it's just daily jogging, lunges, goblet squats, planks and doing an organized workout like pilates, yoga, or stripper pole dancing.
The diet is often just veg, some fatty meats, and a few fruit for simple energy and keeping really hydrated.
The occasional cheat meal or snack like a small piece of chocolate or 1 or 2 cookies is okay if you cut back on your breakfast or lunch or dinner to compensate.

You have to push yourself, but yes, you can make it if you really want. I was like you months ago and today i've squatted 50kg past parallel for reps. Just push yhourself harder every day and don't be scared by big weights
Yes, do dumbbell presses with however light of weight you can do it with(don't go too light, actually test yourself) and do squats with kettle bells until you build enough strength to move to the bar.

As for me I've been reading /fit/ for a long fucking time, probably around 5 years at this point as well. Seeing Zyzz smugpost and be a sick cunt gave me some inspiration but moreso a friend of mine decided to start lifting irl and got insanely ripped looking, it was incredible. I came back here after realizing that I could easily do the same thing, read the sticky and got going.
/fit/ hasn't really changed too much at its core I think. It's still a smug circlejerk of shitposting and fitness memes. I love it desu, I can't make these kinds of jokes with my real friends except for that one guy I mentioned previously, although he's since been horribly injured and hasn't been able to lift for at least a year. I'm still at it though. Kinda weird honestly.
Biggest difference its made in my life is that I now know a shitload about nutrition and general body health stuff. I try to help my friends with their diets and stuff, though most of them aren't willing to follow my advice. Seems like as soon as you present someone with a TDEE calculator they decide losing weight isn't worth it anymore.

Decided to quit being a lanklet today and worked out. I was using 10-15 pound dumbbells and even then I literally did not have the strength to get through my last set, I was so exhausted I had to hold onto the side rail and was walking really slowly up the stairs. I had to force myself to eat (I felt like throwing up) and now have been laying in bed for a half an hour. Is this what it will feel like every time /fit/? Is this the only way to stop being /weak/?

I just started doing 3pl8 conventional grip and still don't use a belt. I feel like I'll need one soon though, and I absolutely have to start hook gripping.
However it wont be used for warm ups, and I'll probably do my first working set without a belt.

What do you do for your rotator cuffs?
weighted external rotations (slow and controlled) as well as horizontal abduction and pitcher warm ups followed by lat raises
I do this every day and it only takes like 3 minutes
Light behind the neck overhead press.
Had multiple injuries to my rotator cuffs, and this strengthened them quite a bit.
Appropiate movement patterns and balanced antagonist-agonist muscles.
