Besides rest and BCAA (and stretch exercises), what's good for soreness in joints and forearms?
What types of food or drinks or supplements/vitamins?
Thanks.
Pic unrelated.
how is a soreness question unrelated?
Creatine will supposedly reduce recovery time and DOMS if you're willing to hand in your natty card.

what? no, it doesn't. it gives more "fuel" for your muscles during high intensity exercise, allowing you to get a few more reps.

Already do those. I sometimes still get some joint soreness. Much smaller than before I took supplements, but was wondering if there was something I was missing.

Any more ideas for soreness?

Hydration and active recovery.
Active recovery is just doing simple workouts that get blood circulating and some stretching.
Also slipping into something warm will help soothe the body and soul.

Thanks
Last bump before I go to work. Hope it's alive when I come back (I doubt it).
Thx for any more help.
Foam rolling really helps, i foam rollers me left quads and not the right and i noticed the right one was way more sore. That's when i was new to lifting, now i miss it
