Actually, from what I've seen, the 6 days group did twice the amount of warmup sets than the 3 days group.
What the guy explained is that the programs were exactly the same. So I wouldn't expect the 3d group to warmup twice or the 6d group to not warmup on the second day.

I saw in the youtube comments that the study was planned to release this year. I wonder if I can find it anywhere...

Hello I've started to run this week and realized how weak my conditioning is

Usually I jog for a few minutes and then walk for a bit or stand still and do some stretches. I measure my heartrate whenever one of these resting phases starts. What I've noticed is that my heartrate is up to 180 bpm even after jogging along at a very slow pace. Is this too high to improve conditioning since it is above the aerobic threshhold? I should note that my goal is to improve my conditioning, not to lose weight (I'm actually bulking up at the moment). I feel like I'm too advanced to do couch to 5k, since I can already run 5k, however with a really high heartrate. If you can give me tips on heartrate regulation and cardiovasxular health that would be cool

I'm taking up running too and my first goal was to do 5k without stopping. Then it was to improve my time to 30minutes. Then it'll be to do 10k. And just keep setting goals.

Is pulling out really that dangerous? I just started my sexually active lifestyle and condoms are such a fucking buzzkill. I can't maintain a fully-erect penis too long without stimulation so putting them on is a chore when the ring gets stuck between the head and the foreskin, etc.

When I played guitar in a shitty local metal band I had a harem of sluts, it was amazing. No kids or STDs either!

That was a long time ago though. I love playing acoustic guitar and writing songs just for my own enjoyment. I may end up taking up bass guitar and playing in a church band that is starting up because why the hell not - its fun.
