So I just made the worst mistake of my life. I was trying to make a health drink to help my body recover faster on rest days and just generally get some more nutrients. I put a handful of spinach, a handful of kale, some almonds, and a helping of V8 fusion into my blender and let it go. /fit/, it was the most horrid, atrocious, inhumane substance I have ever had the misfortune of drinking. It was so terrible that even with my nose plugged, I could still taste it. After just a few sips, I ended up vomiting it and a bit of my morning protein shake into the sink.

I will never touch that shit again. Broccoli is the only veggie for me. FUCK that other shit.

Has anyone else changed their workout to spend the minimum time possible at the gym? I hate being near normies. I've taken out all high rep assistance work and just do a few more heavy low rep sets. I do the minimum cardio.

Being in the gym with the nignog tier music is like tacitly endorsing it and I just fucking hate that. I hate being near all the Chads, Staceys, and normies as well. It's also obvious that only low quality low LMS males bother putting effort in to the gym, including myself, and that's embarrassing. I'm glad that I don't have huge arms as that, paired with my ugly face, would make me look like I think I can lift my way out of loserdom. I'm not that oblivious

What's my stake in society? I lift weights but can't motivate myself to stop binge eating or work hard in my free time (on programming stuff). I go to the library and cinema to feel less alone but it never works and I go home feeling conned and sad after seeing hot girls I'll never talk to and people enjoying their youths.

If I got a graduate job then at least I wouldn't be a low status cuck but it would be mind numbing and soul destroying.

Life is unfair. Some posh person who goes to a private school is taught to act in an ubernormie way and skates through a zero work arts degree at university. This is the type of person interviewing me when I go to graduate job interviews in London.

This is humiliating and depressing. Who was the con artist that said that work gives any pride ever?

And pop songs played as muzak, which are the anthems of normies. Images of models and celebrities are shown everywhere. These are the people who post Instagram selfies gloating about "Puttin in da #work" when they had everything handed over to them due to their looks.

I used to as well but by this point I'm bigger and stronger than 95% of the other gym-goers, Chad or not. They respect me and if they need convincing I'll just framemog them and they'll understand their place.

I am doing the texas method routine. On Wednesday, the recovery day it says to do:

A.Squat2 x 5 @ 80% of Monday’s work weight
B.Overhead Press (if you bench pressed Monday)3 x 5* or Bench Press (if OHP on Monday)3 x 5 @ 90% previous 5 x 5 weight

I get MyProtein Whey Isolate. The regular Whey Protein from them is a much protein:cost ratio though, but I like it. I usually blend my unflavoured protein with strawberries, blueberries, and a banana, but I'm buying the Strawberry Cream whey isolate next to save time.
