Lifting 5 times a week is one of the few things I have to look forward to, but I'm stuck on a perma bulk/maintenance diet. I just cannot fucking bring myself to go on a deficit and lose my gains, all that work just to lose progress. Anybody else know this feel? Every time I start a cut I'll last half a day until I scare myself into losing gains and make sure I eat a few hundred calories over maintenance

Best advice is do as many variations as you can find. Yoga, ballet, Kung Fu, kickboxing, muay thai, pole dancing, whatever stretch video you can see and do them.
You'll notice they all have the same base:stretching muscles
And ofc, do them after warming up, like rope jumping or stationary bike. Start doing dynamic stretches and then static stretches
Check the sticky for the mobility WOD, those are good. Also, get a foam roll for dat dere myofacial massage
Hey /fit/ first day at the gym here! is it normal for people to laugh at you when you walk in? felt rly insecure . went to use the squat rack and put my bag into it did a rep felt really tired after that so i had a 5 min break after and a small choco-nutrious bar tried another but it kinda hurt
i think there was a line or something and someone asked if i was done got a bit mad cus i barely started and smiled at him "i'll tell u when im done okay?" fucking asshole laughed again got too angry had to leave just dropped the bar on the floor
