Tell me about Muhammad Ali /fit/.

Like once in a while I get the idea to just become a roid monster.

Not the competitive kind, but like the perma-bulker on a gram of Test weekly who eats a truck load food, get lots of tattoos, and not shave my chest hair, and just lift high volume of heavy shit. Not even worry about hitting depth on squats, maybe just use rack pulls and other bro versions of real lifts, and just toss around a lot of slag Iron and abuse machines and just be a big freak.

I know it would be ugly as fuck, and girls would find it gross. It's also unhealthy as and a terrible idea for longevity.

So not actually planning on doing it, but... just sometimes get the idea in my head to just go become a freak.

Anyone else wonder what it would be like? Like even for a while would it be fun?

Could some of the health risks be mitigated with regular cardio?

Hey /fit/ legally a landmass here. 5'7" 270 pounds. I've begun my road to losing weight and getting fit. I had a couple of questions.
First off, I've always ate ONCE a day, usually always supper, and usually something shitty like fast food, and i drink only coffee. Now I know the basic rules of losing weight is to burn more than I consume, but I only take in about 600 calories a day, and all these websites are telling me I need to eat about 2200 calories a day to lose weight, can someone explain to me why that is? and also why I ended up as fat as I am on such a low calorie diet?

You're right. It's less than that. a box of KD a day that I have most days (240 calories) and lots of coffee probably isn't 600 calories. also, I've read the sticky, i can't see why eating more calories will help me lose weight.

Too often have I seen manlets get way too wide when they lift heavy weights, and it looks fucking retarded. Will heavy shit like squats and deadlifts fuck up my proportions? thanks my dudes

every new year i do the following

>wake up at around 5 AM
>make a cup of coffee
>sit in my favorite chair by the window and wrap myself in a blanket
>watch the streets get flooded by fat people doing cardio
>grab a notepad and keep track of them throughout the week
>try to predict which NYRist will last the longest
>after the first week the traffic is down by over 50%
>very rarely people stick to it for 2 weeks
>when i have the winner i open the window and shout "CONGRATULATIONS" at them while blasting air horn
>throw them a pack of coffee through the window as a prize
