Hey /fit/, I'm new here.

Yes. I've read the sticky.

The thing is, I'm a 21yo guy, who's gonna be free from work for approximatelly 2 months. After this period I'm gonna go to Europe visit my firlfriend, and I wanna be in shape. I don't wanna be absolutely fit or anything. I just wanna look right.

Height: 1,70m
Weight: 70kg

I have a belly fat who fucking annoys me. And I have no gym available. All I have at home is 2 dumbbells (2kg each) and an elliptical.

Is there any 2 months plan that you guys think it's appropriate for my situation?

Again: I've read the sticky, and I don't wanna look muscular, I just wanna look okay and attractive.

Monday = Full Body (heavy sets on all lifts, 3x5/5x5/1x5 etc) Then throughout the rest of the week, I just do bro-split style training on everything else?


Been lifting for 5 years now, bored of PPLx2 ULx2 and FBx2. But at the same time I'm not much of a fan of PURE Bro-splitx1.

Yes it can work. Its just not as effective. You will make slower progress with more effort (going 5 times per week to the gym vs 3-4 times).

If you are a beginner do a 3 day fullbody routine for fastest gains. Afterwards you have several options. But for 99% of people there is literally no reason to go more than 4 times per week to the gym ever.

How to SS without barbell? Your only other weights are lightweight dumbbells and a girl.

I am going on a trip for a few weeks with teh goifren weighing about 55kg. The place we are staying has no barbell, but has free weights.

Currently 30/55/75/95

Bench and squat is straightforward, i can simply lift her and get her to hold a few weights to hit my working set, but i need ideas on how to The Press and The Deadlift.
