i'm 6'3 and 250ish and fat as heck, i'm gonna eat like 300-500 calories a day and lot of water

is this cool or would i go into starvation mode, i'm dyel so i don't mind losing some muscle if that happens, going to do moderate cardio too

After lifting for half a year and not bothering to learn about nutrition, I was disappointed enough with my weight loss that I ate two apples and two bananas a day with tons and tons of water for one month. Also six miles of cardio daily. I lost 35lbs in one month; from 185 to 140 at 5'5". I didn't feel sick or weak at all, and I learned about nutrition meanwhile so that I wouldn't rebound.
It works. But don't expect to keep any muscle you might have. That kind of method preserves absolutely nothing. If I could do it again I would be less of a retard about it.

It's a little weird having shrugs on push day, as it's a pull exercise, and traps are used much more on pull day (deadlifts, facepulls etc)

In addition, I assume you're going for size over strength? In which case, I'd HIGHLY reccomend ditching the 3x5 for benchpress and OHP. it's really little volume, and, especially for OHP, you're not gonna be able to increase lineally each week.

If I were you, I'd make the bench press and OHP 4x8-12. I made the mistake of doing 5x5 for too long, seeing no size, but decent strength. I swapped to 8-12 reps and oh boy the change was immediate.

Same thing with OHP, I couldn't increase my weight in a 5 rep scheme, but after changing to 8-12 reps I could increase each session and still can.

You might want to do more lat raises than is suggested. maybe 5 sets of 10-15

Also, add some pec flys for chest. They're great for building chest size

On leg day, maybe add some dedicated ab exercises. You don't want flat skinny boi abs. I like hanging leg raises and weighted crunches for this. 8-12 reps, 4 or 5 sets.

otherwise it's a pretty good setup, it's just that you won't get a lot of size with those Bench press and overhead press reps

Hello /fit/

I just moved to a new building which is all fancy and has its own gym, fully equipped. Sorry, if this is cliche, but I'll be one of those fags who start lifting on january. I'm slimfat and don't move too much. I plan to do Couch to 5k program on the treadmill and also start lifting to get those begginer gains.

I've lifted before like 10 years ago, but it was a shit gym for elderly people (srsly) and my routine was basically using machines and dumbbells, which was what they had available.

I know /fit/ talks a lot about the importance of deadlifting and squatting. My question is: how to do it properly? What's the correct form and how to reasonably put weights so I can make gains and not injure myself?

Also, any tip for a begginer is welcome. I've read the sticky.

Is push press a good substitute for when you stall on The Press?

I stalled at 1pl8 The Press for 1 rep but i can push press 1.5pl8 for 1 rep now

It's viable. Lots of strong overhead pressers use it as either an alternate main lift or as a secondary movement. Most overload style movements work provided you don't get stupid about them.

You'll want to stack all of the steroids in your picture for 8-12 weeks but this stack is better for more permanant gains and extra fat loss. I'd start at 25mg of each everyday and ramp it up another 25mg every 2 weeks. When you hit 100mg per day, do that for 2 weeks and then lower it 25mg every 2 weeks until the cycle is over. You'll want to follow it up with 4 weeks of creatine to solidify the gains you make and then take at least 6 months off before running another cycle.

And I wouldn't ever try popping a tab of Tren 75. You don't want to suffer feom roid rage.

Let's talk food addictions.....

I'm not going to pretend that I have the healthiest of lifestyles--we all have our fucking vices, but I've been recently overcoming a nasty energy drink addiction that has been giving me a crippling headache.

Thing is, I'm not completely ready to give up caffeine altogether--shit needs to get done, and I will occasionally get a hankering for a soda or even an energy drink.

Question is, can I allow myself to even have the occasional energy drink, or do I pretend I'm some recovering meth addict and completely cut it out altogether?
