The only time I can think of were an employee was asked out successfully. My manager managed to gf this one 9/10 customer tho.

My advice is don't ask out right away. Strike up conversations with not only her, but also her coworkers, but only when its slow. Don't order complicated shit. Come in with friends. Eventually find something in common, and say your going to x (something related,) and ask if she'd like to join you.

Then, when you are outside the Starbucks, you can flirt without her coworkers judging you and shit.
