Medicine
Outrageously keen. Don't get me wrong, the human body is fascinating, and I love what I do. But I really don't know how some people have the relentless energy to work that they do. After getting up at some god awful hour, working a normal working day (for free, I'm not getting paid. Technically I'm paying 9 grand a year to come to work), exercise and dinner - I have the energy for like a couple hours revision before flagging. Some people I know are working from the moment they get up to the moment they go to sleep. You've honestly never seen anything like it.

How does this make your body react?

He looks pretty good there. Defiantly made some gains.
>>39831086
Good, because that bodes well for me that he's seen as huge
Also Bieber actually looks better there than when he first came out as "huge"
>>39831086
They mean toned and in relation to how he looked before so good on him. Don't let your body dysmorphia make you lose sight to what normies consider fit.

man I don't care what anyone says. SS is fucking HARD. There is no way in hell you're going to add 200lbs to your squat in 13 weeks and not overeat. SS is hard. Going into the gym and adding 5lbs to your lifts every second day is HARD. Each rep is a grind and it only gets more difficult the longer you've been doing it.
I've been on TM for 3 weeks now and it doesn't feel like the difficult grind fest like what SS was.
Has anyone who's done TM for at least 6 months confirm this?
>>39830282
How can people overeat on SS. I ended up losing weight because I wasn't doing enough work to warrant more calories.
>>39830317
yeah if you're starting from fatasfatass of course. You have probably have hundreds of thousands of calories right at your disposal you fatass.
If you're a skinny twink it's very different
>>39830282
>3 weeks
That's why, you are not hitting PRs up until week 4 and most are expected to last 12 weeks on it. One could say until W4 the program can serve as a recovery from the last cycle.

>>39830153
I've been going for so long that it's just a habit now.
I've had to take a couple months off at a time for surgeries over the years, and it's just never been a problem for me to hop back into my old routine as soon as I get the all-clear.
>>39830153
I find lifting fun. I don't need encouragement to do the things I find fun.
