Let's say I squat 95lbs 5x5. Purely hypothetical, I obviously squat much, much more than that because I'm a man and I've been lifting for a few months now. But let's say I only squatted 95lbs (again I squat so much more than this, it's not even funny), what would an appropriate warmup look like?
Currently it's something like this

and that's it. Is this overkill? also why the fuck can't I squat more weight.

Unless you're a twig you probably can squat more weight, you've only been lifting a few months now and you've may not have learned to really push yourself yet. Or maybe you're just weak idk. Your legs are the strongest part of your body so just steadily increase the weight every time you squat and your legs will learn to handle it.

Best thing is to find a local farmer who sells them, either at the farm or at some weekly farmer's market.
You want eggs from chickens that have been running around, not so much for the movement itself, but for the diet---they'll eat insects and grubs. Their eggs will look and taste quite different from standard supermarket eggs.

/fit/izens i come with questions. I was a d lineman in college but now for the army i need to lose weight for running and rucking.
Question 1 should i start back up lifting with ss or 5/3/1? I haven't lifted in a while and my goal is to increase push ups and sit ups in 2 minutes and total pull ups, while scavenging lean body mass as i lose weight. I haven't lifted in a while but i did lift for 8 years as a football player.
Question 2, I'm tracking that for weight loss my calorie goal should be my body weight times 10, but should i add based off the amount of rucking and running i get in?

Treadmill gives you noticeably faster times than you would achieve if outside. I, a moderate smoker, can manage to run multiple miles on a treadmill and only 1 mile outside.
There are no "good" times. It all depends on your goals. Imo an objectively good sustained running pace would be consistent sub-7 miles.

Do sets of push ups and Pull ups until you fucking drop, that's how I do it, the few times I do Calisthenics that is. All in all Calisthenics are the most beneficial when you throw them in to your regular routine. For example supersetting Bench Press with a few sets of push ups, or supersetting Heavy barbell rows or pull downs (inb4 kek machinefag enjoy your nogains) with 3 to 4 sets of pull ups.
