I need some advice. I normally don't browse /fit/ but here goes:
My roomate has been trying to get swole for a long time now, but was seeing almost no results and he was pretty depressed about it, so being the good buddybro that i am i decided to help.
I googled around and found this thing called creatine, which is by what i read, cheap, very effective and super safe. I didn't wanted to simply offer it to my roomie straight out because i was sure he would refuse any "juicing" (even though creatine is no juicing by what i read)
So every day when i fixed us something to drink during the day, i would add 10g of creatine into his drink (it's tasteless so you can hide it easily) the package said the dose should be 20g/day but i did half that just to be safe.
I was doing this for about two months, and covertly asking from time to time how is the gym going and he said it's a bit better, so my plan worked hopefully... but lately he has been complaining that he is getting this horribly painful spasms all the time and i am not sure if it's because of the creatine or not, so i am asking you..? Should i stop slipping it to him, or is it not the cause? I for obvious reasons can't admit anything to him about it.

i give up after year of dieting ,i always loose up to 50 pounds and always gain it back in short time. dont know what to do. iam 120 kg at 5ft10.when i was young i never was fat, once i gained weight after an endocrinal injury it just sticks around and always come back.
Calories in > calories out is bullshit. It only matters that you have genetics for being thin. That's why I don't bother eating 300 calorees a day if I will just go back to 154 kg every time I quit. And I'm not going to keep dieting forever so I just stopped trying

started at 427, sitting at 255. I started strong lifts, i'm about 8 weeks in, I keep seeing daily threads shitting on SL/SS. I just want a routine that will help me burn fat while I'm on my deficit. I WOULD like to find something that's going to benefit aesthetics in the long run. I really COULD NOT give a fuck about squats, I understand doing them is great because it's a big muscle group that's activated, but I don't care about them because my legs are fucking big enough.
I'm lifting on a deficit, I know i won't build mass, but what is a good plan to get working on now to help build aesthetics. i just want to build up my shoulders, chest, back, and arms, i need to broaden my shoulders to offset these huge legs.
I've watched the fat meets fire guy on youtube, he does push, pull, and leg days twice a week. is there anything that i can do 3x a week?
tl;dr: want to lift to keep losing fat, 3 times a week, and help build upper body size in the long run

I know more or less what I should eat if I want to lose weight (I've read the sticky), but what are some tasty yet healthy recipes for all three main meals? What do you guys prefer to eat when cutting?

Broccoli. Frying it in a pan with some butter might make it every so slightly less healthy, but holy christ how deluicious. Barely boiled is also good, though, so mix between the two.
Eggs are obviously great.
So is chicken.
All these three are easy cutting-foods, especially chicken and broccoli, which allows you to eat ridiculous volume wihtout eating too many calories.
