I fucked my shit up today plg.

Heard the "pop" sound on my side during squats. Put the weight down, and started getting stabbing pain coming from under my ribcage. One day later, it's no longer excruciating, but I'm unable to twist my waist/torso without the same pain.

Wtf is this? Torn oblique? I can still do light squats perfectly fine, but the moment I have to brace at all, it hurts like fuck.

Stop doing a peaking program and do some sub-maximal volume work for a while.

You probably need more volume to progress. Modify the 2x int to include more volume e.g. adding a set on each of the days or do another program with more work. Try benching 3x/week.

It's not like the landmines even had a use before the patch after like 20 minutes. Their only good use was mainly getting some memey kills catching people wandering uphill into the jungle or just around in the lane. After the laning stage the only thing they were good for was mining up your base so you could maybe slow people as they siege your base or using them to blow up towers when playing in the broodmother style. And them being visible does nothing to diminish the effects of either of those strategies. In fact, making them like that only makes those strategies more effective because land mines don't deal absolute dogshit for damage anymore.

I've done better. That one was pretty bad, but that's what happens when youre tired from squats and havent done cleans in over a monyh. This one is a lot prettier and was at the same weight (80kg).

Not doing SS but my workout turned out being similar to SS (particularly in excercise selection).

I did 5RM squat (was going to be a 3x5 but I had some pains so I just did 1 PR set), 8x4 bench (7th day of Smolov Jr) and then I worked up to 80kg power clean just for fun (did 60kg for a triple, then 70kg for a triple, then 80kg just for 1, I've done it for doubles before).

Just keep working on it, the technique is very important compared to the big 3 powerlifts. It's a big determinant in how much weight you'll be able to move.

I'm pretty weak btw, but I'm sure you are too with that clean.

Honestly, lad, consider going to the doctor and get growth hormones.

Other than that, you have two alternatives wrt. programming, and the alternative you must go for depends on why gains are as slow as they are. This is not based on any research report afaik, but anecdotal evidence.
1) It takes very little for you to reach the maximum volume you can recover from, which means doing more will not yield any positive results.
2) It takes a shitload of volume (compared to e.g. Froggy) to reach the minimum volume that drives progress. Meaning that SS will take Frog way further than it will ever take you.
So you can either try doing small amounts of volume (e.g. a Starting Strength variant with two-three days recovery between sessions), or make your own program with way higher volume, achieved either through per session volume (limited by work capacity) or higher frequency (requires more attention to recovery methods). Don't make your own program without reading up on programming, please.

Bench 6 x 2 at 265.
Deadlift 4 x 2 at 445.
