Red pill me on the smith machine /fit/. I've been going to planet fitness because I'm a poorfag so I bench and squat using the smith machine, but on monday I'm going back to college with access to a brand new, full gym with actual benches and squat racks.

Will my numbers go down significantly? Or does smith machine just make it take longer to see gains?

you still made gains using the smith machine, but be forewarned that you are going to be lifting significantly less using free weights. there's no real conversion or ratio, but start really light so you don't get plastered or snap your shit up.

What's my stake in society? I lift weights but can't motivate myself to stop binge eating or work hard in my free time (on programming stuff). I go to the library and cinema to feel less alone but it never works and I go home feeling conned and sad after seeing hot girls I'll never talk to and people enjoying their youths.

If I got a graduate job then at least I wouldn't be a low status cuck but it would be mind numbing and soul destroying.

Life is unfair. Some posh person who goes to a private school is taught to act in an ubernormie way and skates through a zero work arts degree at university. This is the type of person interviewing me when I go to graduate job interviews in London.

This is humiliating and depressing. Who was the con artist that said that work gives any pride ever?

And pop songs played as muzak, which are the anthems of normies. Images of models and celebrities are shown everywhere. These are the people who post Instagram selfies gloating about "Puttin in da #work" when they had everything handed over to them due to their looks.

What's the diference between hormonal precursor, anabolics and steroids?

Someone told me hormonal precursors are safe because they're not roids.
Care to explain fit?

Pro-hormones are a drug that is designed to change into a more traditional oral steroid after passing through the liver (several times).

They are usually much harder on the liver than traditional oral steroids because they have to cleave off useless portions of the compound by interacting with liver enzymes multiple times in order to become active.

They're also generally weaker mg:mg because of this, so you have to take more in irder to see similar results. More is not better for the liver when it has to deal with the same compound 2/3/5 times before its active. Its a double whammy of bad side effects.

Traditional orals pass through the liver once on their way to the bloodstream from the small intestine. Theyre hard on the liver (and some on the kidneys) but they can be used at lower doses and have generally also been around and used for much longer periods of time.

Oral pro hormones are only "good" because they're "legal" until they get banned. Thats it. Theyre not better because theyre better drugs.

Get some test, an aromatase inhibitor, and run 300mg/test per week (1x150mg injections every 3.5 days) for 12 weeks. You'll make better gains with much less stress on your body, and you'll also have an idea of how to manage estrogen in future cycles.

Run low test, then low test with an oral, then higher test (500-600mg/week), then higher test with an oral, then lower test with a second injectable (nandrolone, either NPP [8-12 weeks] or Deca [16+ weeks with a 3-4 weeks of just test after your last injection of deca], depending on cycle length).

Start slow and figure out how your body responds.

I don't drink much alcohol and my vascular health is good so I'm assuming my liver is in good shape. I'd get anabolics myself but I don't have the slightest clue where to get steroids which is ironic because I get all sorts of other illicit substances. I'm not after body builder status I just want some modest progress. Should I go for the prohormones or are anabolics really that much safer to use?
Also I want my penis to function normally is there a difference between the two in that regard?

How do i get fit at home with no equipment?

For reasons i'd rather not get into i can't go to the gym, any gym. Also i'm broke and don't have space for any fancy weights or machines.

Still i feel the call of /fit/ and really need to build some abs and glutes. What can i do?

the biggest thing to look for is a program that has progression. a garbage bodyweight program will have you increasing the number of pushups you do until you're doing 200. that's shit and won't get you very far. a good program will have you work your way up to one handed pushups

/fit/ loves to hate on it, but convict conditioning is easy to get into and has photographs demonstrating the various progressions which is handy. just don't believe the marketing around it

pretty sure it's more focused on gymnastics, but overcoming gravity might be worth looking into as well

can't attest to its quality, but centurion method is apparently crossfit like but with whatever natural weight you can find. might be a meme, but again might be worth looking into. popular with fashy types, what I've seen of it is a bit cringey

I again can't attest to the quality, but pavel tsatsouline (known for kettlebell stuff) has a book called the naked warrior that's about bodyweight stuff

all of these pdfs can be found pretty easily for free
