Suicide grip, has that name for a reason. Stories of people doing it with 3+pl8 bench and crushing their ribs. Ignore ego lifts.
It puts the bar closer to the base of your palm which lines up the bar with your arms for better force transmission.
Bad idea for bench though.

Assuming she lifts, you could ask her to show you some exercise that you're REALLY good at. For me it's the OHP and I applied this strategy to the girl in the desk who I tried to pick up.

Forearm and grip strength I think maybe because I'm assuming they'd be used for boxing cardio not just normal cardio
So today I hit my DL PR. Felt amazing. Did some horizontal bent over rows (like pendlay rows but not touching ground and keeping stabilized) for volume sets of 12. Did some seated low rows because I like fucking rows. Did my warmup lat pulldowns, no problem. Second warmup set, heavier, no problem. Pullups (8 reps) no problem. Last set I go to do lat pulldowns, fucking shoulder popping and causing pain. Try pullups, same shit. Back to lat pulldowns, drop weight, same shit. Rotate my shoulder a few times, warm up the muscles, try dropping the weight all the way to 80 lbs, no problem or pulling sensation anymore. Had to just do a couple sets of 14 and work on form and contraction since I couldn't pull down any more weight.
Any idea what's causing this? Will I be okay next back day or is this the start of an injury? Shoulder feels fine right now, full ROM, no pain in any direction.

Thinking about getting in shape and losing upwards of 80-90 lbs over the course of a year or two, and I'm most likely gonna have loose skin.
Would be really grateful to hear opinions on this and what people will think
I lost 125 lbs and have a lot more loose skin than that guy even after having some removal surgery.
I'm also your typical socially awkward 4chan poster and don't have a great looking face.
Last year I slept with 6 girls and now have a gorgeous gf who adores me. Literally none of them brought it up. I did tell them all before we had sex that I had lost a lot of weight, and if the skin was a big deal they didn't need to feel bad if it wasn't for them.
All of them were just happy that I was in shape and wanted me to bring them to pound town. Most also said that if a girl cares about that, she isn' worth dating.

So I poured about 1 dl 5% ACV and diluted it to 2 dl with water but it was simply undrinkable. It's just way too acidic, and tasted awful. Eventually I managed to toss it down, but I felt it burning all the way to my stomach, I even broke out in a light sweat. This shit is even worse than alcohol.
