Wrist curls, farmer's walks, and deadlifts. Take advantage of the fact that your upper forearms will look bigger relative to your wrists.

Focus on shit that forces you to grip like farmers walks, deadlifts etc and then at the end of your workout do wrist curls.
You might land up with some lack of fine motor skills the first few times after your workouts, but will get used to it.

Build a wrist roller. Looks like a meme, but is indeed GOAT for wrist training, grip strength and forearm gains.
