yes. It's called not caring about your stretch marks/loose skin/gyno yet still wanting to lose weight, live a healthy active life, and lift. It is what "Healthy at every size" was supposed to be before it was picked up by landwhales wanting affirmation for their sit around all day and eat lifestyle.

That's what most of '12-'14 /fit/ failed to do, and just lifted for the wrong reasons.
You have to be appreciative of the baby steps along the way, while being critical and realistic.
