Have you saved your videos for a form check thread? Time to dust them off.
I'm starting off with my clean from a few days ago. I'm worried I'm not humping it enough and just pulling it up. Also, got any tips on how to avoid crushing my nuts? I did that months back when I first tried the lift.

Shameless bump. Slow night or just not interested /fit/?
You basically have perfect clean form. Not much advice I could give.
>>39982779
>humping
don't do that
>pulling it up
Is fine. Sort of
You are using your arms, which is actually desirable--they guide the bar to the rack in a controlled manner--but you are engaging them too early. Order of operation at contact should be legs/hips/traps--->shoulders and arms. As it is, you are underutilizing your legs and hips in extension, which is resulting in the 'pulling up' rather than the explosivity you want.
It looks okay, though. Bring your feet in a little bit and point your toes/knees out more. Hips lower, and relatively loose, traps engaged from the start. Butt a little bit further back in the catch.
Running general thread.
I love to run distance. But havent been doing that muh mileage lately because I dont want to look like a dyel skinny white boy distance runner for life.
>>39982751
I am on week 2 of my training. Run 1 of the week, I wasn't 100% recovered from Run 4 of week 1. So I came away sore and stiff
Ran today for run 2. very slow run, very stiff and left knee has not been happy since I've been back. Really hope I can shuffle round in the group run tomorrow. But may need to rest more and not run saturday. Will probably swim instead.
what are good supplementary exercises for distance running. well not really distance as im still a noob and max out at like 5-10 miles.
I already do pistols and shrimp squats, calf raises, and glute bridges.
Second year of lifting (home curlbro for a long time prior). I notice I'm less interested in grills nowadays, which is funny because half the reason I lifted was for grills.
Now I don't really care, anyone experience this?
>>39982738
anyone
>>39982738
no :)
Hey /fit/
I moved abroad to work in a care center and thought I had to give up lifting for a while. But I found out that there is a "gym" (pic related). There is only a few things here, so it would Be nice with some ideas for a routine
Stuff:
-barbell
-dumbbell
-weights
-pull-up bar (on a door, so my feet touches the ground)
-bench, without place to put barbell
-mirror, minus the squat rack
-ab-roller
-boxing gloves
Jesus Christ op where are you working?

>forgot sweatpants
>everyone can see my tiny as shit calves
> That feel when you forgetto bringyour water bottle tothe gym.
>>39982661
>having small calves
lmao
shoulda got fat and worked your legs for a few years before you started cutting and bitching about aesthetics.
you didn't even need to get fatter than maybe 25 - 30% bf for like 8 years and your legs would be thick as trees even after you cut.
lmao kys chicken shit.
>>39982661
Only manlets have great calves
Is this true?
Should no beginner ever bulk?
>>39982582
He's talking about strength gains.
If you want your muscles to actually get bigger, you have eat a calorie surplus. People who are new mistakenly believe that they getting more built on a deficit because they are making strength gains and seeing more definition as they lose fat. This is wrong. You cannot get bigger on a deficit, it's simple biology.
>>39982843
try cutting on test, you will make size gains
>>39982582
if you're natty then bulking and cutting is a waste of time
How many do you guys think you can do this?
This is apparently a Special Forces workout - this seems like death and a good way to destroy your muscles.
>>39982552
nah more liked injured. don't bother with this shit unless u got health insurance
Maybe the first two. It looks more like a test than a workout, of course its going to be insane.
>>39982552
That's actually not too bad.
The average moderately in shape man can work up to doing that in about 2 months.
What should I do to relieve constipation
Pic related?
Plant-based diet plus water. If you don't want to stop eating meat use psyllium husk plus water. You don't have to stop eating meat but it's a spectrum.
Full vegan plus 4 liters of water a day will give you perfect poop.
No vegetables and dehydration will give you butt boulders.
Psyllium is God mode.

What kind of guys do female trainers who work at a gym like? Ripped guys who share their interest or dyel guys because they get sick of the desperate gym folk who drool at them?
>>39982214

In my experience, fat guys.
This applies to all fit women. I guess they're high test.
