These are the best sips

I've reduced my sips to one per week. I only drink it for the taste. It doesn't give me the energy I desire. Preworkout doesn't do it either.

1. Stop any caffeine intake for 3 months. Chocolate counts too.
2. Take some valerian root extract every day to reset your brain receptors for that period of time. It literally acts as the opposite of caffeine. It smells like feet if you get the good stuff. so hold your breath, take with water and then enjoy a hot sauce chaser. to make sure the smell/taste doesn't stick in your mouth.
3. Enjoy tweaking off a fucking green tea.

Obviously your tolerance will go up again but this worked fine for me. I think this is as close as you'll come to fully legal uppers and downers.
