You should really work on your cardio before you even step foot in a boxing gym. The first time I did, I could barely even hold my arms up by the time I even got into the ring. When I did get in the ring, it was the longest two minutes of my life.

I want to start losing weight, but doing one big chunk of a workout session each day doesn't agree with my schedule.
Logically, the best routine for me would be to go to work, and then do a long workout when I get home, then hop in the shower. But this isn't an immediate option for now. What works better for me is to work, shower, and then do two shorter work outs during the day.
But then I'd get sweaty after each work out, and smell rank, and need another shower.
Showering three times a day would hardly be good for my skin health.
Basically what I'm asking is if there are conditions for a work out I can implement, or even certain types of workouts I can do, that would raise my heart rate and get me burning calories, but not sweating like a pig each time.
Work in in very cold room, focus on getting lots of rest between sets. Even then you'll sweat a little though.
Not sure how your schedule is that you need to do this. Even when I worked 12 hour shifts on nights, I'd still come home and lift in the morning before bed.
Now I just do upper lower and lift on my days off. I'm a nurse, so I usually work 3 days in a row at most, then get 2 or 3 off.
You don't smell rank from sweating unless you already smell like shit, brother. All the sweating does is exacerbate whats already there.

I tried jogging uphill but got tired in a minute and my feet and shins hurt. Is climbing up and down my stairs a suitable replacement for jogging until i lose weight?
Any kind of regular physical activity is good. Stairs are fine. But weight loss is all about what you eat, so focus on that.
Don't run or job until you're down under 200 lbs. You're going to fuck your joints up otherwise. Also you'll have to start veeerry slow. I recommend elliptical or an exercise bike or swimming. Also eating is going to be key, it's 1000x easier to not eat a calorie than to try and burn it off.

Literally walk. Go outside, check the time and then walk in one direction for 30 minutes then walk back. Alternatively go to a near park or walking trail (like a lake or forest) and go around it a few times. Do this every day.
Walking is all the exercise you need to lose weight, I'm dead serious. This is only 15% of losing weight though
The other 85% is diet my famalam. Control your fucking mouth or you will never lose weight. Download a calorie tracker and aim for 2k calories a day. If you go for the 1 hour walk that day, add 300 calories to that day (no more and only if you actually fucking walked).
