allright, here's how i lost 20kg (44lbs i think?)
allways had a great body BUT getting older, living with my SO and quit smoking i gained allot of weight in a short period of time. i weighed 92kg (202lbs?) and i got sick of it. starting working out (gym) and watching my food. about 2 months later almost 0 result. i lost like 2kg or so (4lbs?) while i really was trying. then a friend of mine told me about how he lost weight real fast using this method. he based it on how our ancestors used to live, go thaibox 3x a week, if you commit to the warm up, the routines and the excercises its a real good cardio workout and you use mucles you normaly never use (hunting/fighting effect) do the intermittent fasting diet (food wasnt allways available back then) , go to the gym to heavy lift one time per week (to represent the hard labor people did back then) have one meal cheat day per week and only drink alcohol one time per week ONLY in the weekend and NEVER EVER drink alcohol on a workout day! so i did this method and now i weigh +-72kg (158lbs?) with a body percentage of around 13/14 percent in i did it in 5 to 6 months. just sharing, toughts are welcome if you need tips ill give them!

Walking and jogging in intervals a reasonable way to lose weight?
I'm starting my weightloss 'journey', my GP has told me I can't do weights or anything to do with lifting thanks to back and wrist/ankle injuries.
First day walking/jogging and I got further then I had expected, huge strain on my ankles (due to injury) but I pushed on, obviously any exercise is better than no exercise but is it a realistic way to lose weight somewhat quickly?
According to my 'calorie burner' app, I lost 300 calories in what I did today but I don't believe it, sounds too easy and too high for the amount I did.

I aim is to lose 33lbs my May, I'm eating on a calorie deficit. I understand shakes aren't popular but they are good because at work I'm not allowed to eat, and my breaks aren't at normal times which means I'd be hungry throughout the day.

Sorry for the ramble, I'm new to this stuff.

Sounds like you mostly know what you're doing. Try incorporating weight lifting if you can. Don't "work through the pain" because you will just end up on a one way bus to Snapcity.

Unless you are a triathlete, or in the top 30% of a sport, you are not going to lose weight from exercising. Every mile you run or walk is about 100 calories. So just realize that one binge can offset a week worth of running/walking.

Also, don't be an idiot and injure yourself. Swim or ride a bike if you have an ankle injury.

Does anyone know the macro and nutritional value of chicken bones and marrow?

made chicken stock from oven baked bones and after boiling them for a night the ends of the bones are incredibly soft and juicy.

i can squeeze the tips to pulp as easily as butter. and they taste good

was wondering if i could even make this a thing. just cut off all the tips and put them in a bowl at a party. people wouldnt even know what it was
