Tired of being fat and/or hungry all the time and I don't like most foods that encourage weightloss. But I think I found a trick. If I eat non-nutritive substances I can just flavor them any way I want and gain no weight and supplement with protein and micronutrients.

I just failed most of my lifts this morning at the gym.

Then went home (parents home) and got into an argument with my mom who told me shes sick of stressing over me and that it's not her fault my life is so fucked up for all she cares I can live on welfare for the rest of my.

Dad followed it with "you'll never get good at anything if you quit all the time"

I honestly don't even know why I persist day in day out, no social circle, no friends, no girlfriend, nothing. Just me and that's it, also barely passing through university and I'm a mature age student (turning 30 this year).

I can almost guarantee I have it worse than 99% of this board. (also a HHKV manlet with a receding hairline)

Core Strength (First 4 should be held for 3-5 sets for 60s each with little rest (1-2 min) between sets. 30s sets are fine for L-sits and pseudo-planche leans). The rational for the short rest period is that these are basic positions that you should be very comfortable in.

How do i regain my motivation/dedication for weightlifting/bodybuilding?

I've been lifting for 3.5 years natty, won two 2nd place medals in powerlifting and one 3rd place oly, used to go six days a week to the gym with no skipping whatsoever.

But ever since i became a wagecuck i started to feel quite lazy when it comes to lifting, as my job already takes a toll on me physically and mentally (chef), started to do the minimalist job for strength maintenance 3 days a week while eating sugars and carbs and staying around 15% bf, and even then i still feel too tired to get near the weights.

Try strength maintenance 2 days a week with a simple upper/lower split. Supplement with some form of cardio you enjoy 3x week, and season with hobbies (rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, surfing, etc)

You already built the car. Don't forget to drive it.
