You need to train your biceps with different grips, with Dumbbells and cables, you need to train your triceps for pushing and pulling, you need to understand the way the different muscles in your arms need to be worked in order to grow properly. You should be doing at least 6 biceps and 6 triceps exercises per week, if you want arms growth.

What is the SS of bodyweight routines /fit/? This is my goal. Well, however far bodyweight will get me. If bigger, I'm cool with that. At home I have a pull up bar, dip bars and ab wheel.

bodyweight training is no simpler or easier, or any lesser effort or work then regular lifting. If anything its harder.

Basic routine

>12 to 15 reps for 4 sets 2-3 minutes rest
>once you can do 15x4 with good form move on to harder variation
>work out 3 - 4 times a week. Start with 3 work outs for a month then do more
>keep a log and write down every set and rep and notes
>record your self from different angles to make sure your form is right

>FOOD
You are going to be eating more then you think you should, your gains will depend on your diet. If you are not eating you ain't getting results.

>Upper body exercises
Overhead push
Overhead pull

Forward Push
Forward pull (rowing)

>Core exercises
Hanging leg raises
planks / hollow body hold

>Lower back exercise (very important )
Super man hold / arch body hold
back extensions
