I deny reality and spin my own gears of power. Truly, anons, I have been fighting the autism. I went from eating chinese food, eating bullshit in general, collecting japanese bullshit, always feeling sorry for myself, skinny-fat tits, I was getting fat, no inspiration.
But time passed, and I eventually got sick of being a fucking failure. I go to the gym every day, and now I'm at the point where once my attire that was used to cover up my casual-fag body is now too big, and now I look good in tank tops and skin-tight clothing.

Let hatred drive you forever into a beautiful body. Then you can say your body was built upon hate.

Ok /fit/ I need your help. I know this is going to sound really out of place being posted here of all places but you all have the most experience with this so here it goes. It's going to be bloggy so if you hate that sort of thing please disregard this thread.

I've been cranking it to hentai for about a decade now and I really want to leave it behind. I'm tired of feeling the rush in my heart and brain and balls every time I see a provocative enough image or scene. I'm not ugly, I'm not fat, I don't have autism or any of that. I go to college, have a job, work out and all that good stuff. I'm not bad looking, hell I can talk to people of the opposite sex without losing my spaghetti. But even with all that just a little less than half my life has been inundated with hentai, since I was about thirteen.

I want to have sex. I want to see what it is like. I need to know if it's better than this, if it can be better than jacking off to hentai every damn day. I've had about 3 or 4 sexual experiences, but they were drunk or with girls who were anything but attractive. Long and short of it is I couldn't keep it up with a real girl, but at this point (seven days with no hentai, but a few orgasms) just seeing a provocative image is enough to set my nervous system on fire. I have no idea what to do. I know it isn't realistic to expect to completely remove the rush I get from looking at hentai or ecchi, but I want to be able to have sex as well, if nothing else but to see how good it can be.

I'm tired /fit/. I'm so tired of fighting. I'm tempted to just give up on sex altogether but I can't do that in good faith until I see how good it can be. I just don't know what to do.

I've just started on GOMAD. I'm 1 week in so I'm only doing 1 litre or 1/4 gallons a day. I'm experiencing pretty bad diahhorea and its just exploding out.

I'm not lactose intolerant, I used to eat like 300-500gr cheese a day and I was fine. I was also fine on 500mL milk a day too.

Is this because I have more liquid than solids coming into my body?

It's because you don't produce enough lactase. Lactase is the enzyme deputated to breaking lactose down and it's the limiting factor in its digestion, meaning that if you exceed a certain amount of ingested lactose you won't have enough enzymes to digest it and suffer the consequences

My friend Steve has been training for around 4-6 months and he is always giving me shit for my bad bench (30kg untrained)

Is 46kg 5 x 5 even that good? Would I be able to get to this level in 4-6 months from 30kg?

Do you guys know any good strategy for this?

My dad bought one and it can be the answer to my prayers because I'm a fat idiot who feels like a laughing stock when running in public. Problem is, I can only do like 5 minutes at 35km/hour before wanting to die.

I know running has C25K, is there an equivalent for stationary bikes, or maybe just a few general guidelines I should follow?

i dunno if it applies but a good running one is sprint for 60 seconds and then light jog for 30 seconds for about 10 minutes or something. used to do it in the army i always thought it was a good workout. i might have it backwards i don't really remember.
