Last night I went to the hospital for extreme dizziness and fatigue. They found absolutely nothing wrong with my vitals. No dehydration, glucose levels perfect, everything was fine. I don't have heart disease or diabetes or anything.
It feels like I'm permanently buzzed and it hasn't gone away. This has been happening on and off for about a month and I feel like it started after I smoked some strong ass weed with my homie.
The doctor said I might have vertigo but they couldn't deem it 100%, although, they were concerned about my diastolic blood pressure which was running from 51-57 depending on my positioning.
I'm 20 and normally super active, I skateboard around 15-20 miles per day, 2-3 days per week and I also hit the gym 3-4 days per week. It's not weird for my blood pressure to be low but I don't ever remember it being under 60.
Anyone with low blood pressure ever experience this or any medfags have any ideas?

Anyone wear knee sleeves?
My right knee has a very slight pain (it's a dull pain not a sharp one) normally a day or 2 after training legs. I don't feel it during heavier squats mostly lighter ones and a little bit during leg press.
Would they be a good investment? Bad knees run in my family.

They won't help you heal cartilage or anything like that but they will keep the joint nice and warm and help them feel better. Plus I feel like it helps me be more aware of my knees during the movement

I bought a pair a while ago but I haven't worn them due to not squarting heavy. My one knee would hurt no matter what during squats (probably because my job requires me to walk 10 miles a day). I said fuck it and wore them twice now and my knees feel way better during and after. Also I'm taking mk677 maybe thats why but I doubt it.

Current TDEE is 2300 and I'm trying to cut with about a 400 deficit.
Trying to eat meat/chicken only once a day and adding protein with fish and legumes (lentils, beans, buckwheat).

I usually mix all the shit in one bowl and just eat it. I looks like something you would feed a pig.
For example: 100g oats, 300g low fat yogurt, and a drained can of tuna. Add some tomatoes or diced pepper and just eat that shit. It's not very tasty, but it does it's job.

When it says to progress with 2.5lbs for upper body, do they mean 2.5lb plates on each side of the bar (5lbs total), or do they mean 2.5 total? If the second is true, where the heck would I find 1.25 plates in a gym?
Am I supposed to do a warmup for these exercises, like bench with an empty bar for a few sets before doing the 3x5, or can I just jump right in?
