I was referring to StW ratio
Hey /fit/
What the deal with my chest?
>DYEL?
I started really getting into lifting a couple months ago, so no, not consistently yet
My chest looks normal and symmetrical when I'm not flexing burn it look so like this when I flex. This pic is from a little bit ago and I've been doing a lot of she'll chest a stuff to try to even I think out to no avail
>>40110449
*but it looks like this*
*a lot of dbell chest stuff*
*even it out*
You have shit insertions
>>40110449
High body fat, probably got stuck with bad insertions too
One thing I like to do to avoid asymmetry is I focus things one at a time e.g. doing flies one arm at a time
Just throw on an extra set of something chest based and just focus your left side and it should even out
In the long term though, poor symmetry gets harder to notice as your muscles get bigger
Keep in mind that our bodies are naturally asymmetrical to an extent (one nostril will always be bigger for example) and you'll likely notice it on your non dominant side
Used to think he was the most jacked dude on the planet
He'd still whoop your ass

>He looks bigger IRL - Jason Blaha

He's pretty big but he's chunky as well
This area in the circle is a muscle or tendon or something that if I push on I can feel exactly where the problem is.
I woke up about eight months ago with this problem. Been to the doctor twice about it and he's been basically worthless and just suggests rest and trying not to use my right arm for anything until it gets better.
Problem is; I didn't lift for almost 2 months and it still happens.
If I lift my arms like in shoulder press I can feel it tighten up in this area and if I do over the head dumbell tricep curl ( I thought it was skull crusher or pull overs) it locks up.
It locks up or tightens in that area pretty strongly, almost like a cramp of sorts but it eases up really fast.
The pain isn't the hardest part but it's limiting my full RoM and gets frankly annoying because it affects how I sleep since I usually put my right arm under my pillow. (probably how I injured it)
I'm just looking for ideas of anyone who went through this and what I can do to help or fix it.
I just wanna lift again.
I'm terrible, it's lower than the red circle more like this green circle in the middle of the green circle.
do rotator cuff exercises 3 times a week and work on your shoulders with movements that don't hurt
What are some good lunches I can take to work that don't require a microwave?
MRE
Salads
Was thinking more stuff that I could prepare myself
Does your past define your future?

I can do it and it's not that enjoyable, nowhere near as good as a real BJ.
>>40110404
kek
Is there any good reason to eat pic related?
>>40110244
Real butter is much better for us than margerine, if you must use anything. But honestly id use some olive oil in place of butter in a lot of stuff and it works fine for most stuff.
Butter is easy extra calories if you're a poorfag and transfat increases test production.
>>40110244
I hate pb toast so I use butter and some sugar instead
When you "burn fat" where does it go?
Up into the atmosphere
>>40109904
You oxidized it to CO2 and water, which you breathe out and pee out or use in other processes in the case of water
>>40109912
this is right
Also obviously you get energy
New to /fit/ and lifting in general. I read the sticky and wanted to do the starting strength workout. Trying to build a home gym. want to take this seriously.
Is this all that i will need for equipment?
$1200 for everything money is not a really a issue but if you guys know a cheaper alternative i am all ears
>>40109877
You'll want some safeties for the rack
Other than that it all looks good.
Make sure you get some change plates too, so you can add 2.5lbs or less to that bar at a time
>>40109877
Also, you'll want to buy the starting strength book, if you haven't already. It's really worth the read
>>40109877
You might want mats and/or bumpers for deadlifts and cleans. A platform is ideal, but they cost a fortune.
FYI, a home gym like this costs as much as several years of a gym membership. The gym will also have better equipment that gets maintained and replaced frequently. It's more for the convenience.

He claims he doesn't need to build anymore muscle. That he's already big enough, and bigger than Jeff Sied.
30% bodyfat, he doesn't know where the muscle stops and the fat starts
For a guy who talks about strapless lifting being best for forearms... where are his forearms?
I know what an attractive male body looks like. Source:me, cuz i'm gay. I wouldn't fuck this guy with somebody else's dick.
Are there any downsides of steady jogging for 15-30 minutes everyday? Just on the treadmill and no incline.
jogging is the same shit as fast walking
Yeah, coming out to your parents is pretty hard and awkward
>>40109730
Cortisol production if you're going at a decent pace to improve your conditioning. This can affect your CNS and your lifting.
If you're going at a lower pace you basically burn nothing in 30 minutes, you won't really lose much more fat than just sitting at home all day.
tl;dr: Cardio is a meme.
>miss a workout
>cripplingly depressed and filled with existential dread the next day
is this normal?
>>40109663
Perfectly
It would be weirder if you didn't
>>40109663
Yup. Am there right now brah. Bro hug.
