Hey /fit/

I've been suffering from a really bad rash on my skin for months and months now, the doctors haven't been able to figure it out at all.

I'm on the elimination diet right now, eating just fish and greens, still really bad.

I'm at the point where I feel like it's my exercise and workout that's triggering it, and or/protein powder, but I've already tried changing. I'm on a super expensive super organic non gluten buzzwords pea protein or some shit powder, after previously using whey and soy and others.

Has anyone here had or seen anything like this before as a result of gyming? I'm going fucking crazy, I sleep like 4 hours a night and I've tried every cream under the sun, on double dosage of antihistamines etc.

It really feels like it flares up a day after the gym.

How do people do long distance running?

It is the must tedious, monotonous and painful form of exercise imaginable. It is constant effort for 20-30 minutes.

I still run at least 3-5k a week but any more than that is just boring. Other forms of cardio such as boxing are far superior.

Lifting is fun. There are a wide range of exercises to do, and you lift for a short amount of time then rest for 1-2 minutes or so. You get a sickening pump and can admire yourself in the mirror. You also look aesthetic as a byproduct and not like a skeleton.

I've ruined my metabolism from eating so little for so long, when I eat 2000 calories it's as if I'm bulking. When I eat 1800 it's around maintenance and I only start to cut weight at about 1600.

I'm maintaining my weight on 3600 calories a day

Been lifting for 3 years now
I'm 5'6 160lb lifting 5x a week. I also walk to and from the gym which takes about 35minutes every time

Back when I was 150 I gained weight on 2300 calories.
