Who here genetic failure?

>struggle to squat 60kg for 8
>struggle to bench 80kg for 8

In my first year I managed to get a 100kg bench and 120kg squat but for some reason my strength has just degraded over time instead of gone up.

I started cooking for longer periods of time so you guys share and critique recipes
My breakfast for Monday through Friday
20 medium eggs scrambled
Half pound of sharp cheddar
2.5 pounds preservative and filler free sausage
Glass of Arizona ginger and honey tea each morning
Debating to add in some bread. Thinking no. Took less than an hour with my small oven and baking enough sausage for a half pound at breakfast and lunch. For the eggs I do a light scramble then add in cheese and measure out.

Whoops I forgot the whole part about fitness relatively. I'm looking for things to make for lunches, I'm an electrician and I've been eating out 3 times a day for the last ten years and just got out on my own. Pounds started packing on a few years ago and I'm trying to eat healthier at the very least real food. My caloric intake has been between 4-6k a day for a while so I think dialing back around 3k and ditching the soda is a good first few steps. I'm just fat and getting nervous about my health. I have no problem eating the same thing daily but the less mess and cook/prep time the better so multiple days cooked at once is great. Thanks.

Idk but I have the same problem. I can feel fine eating less than 1000 calories a day. But currently I'm forcing myself to eat 2800ish a day. The goal is 3k but I'm hardly ever hungry and when I am I'm full after a quarter of the meal.
I drink weight gainer shakes but the same problem occurs. And then I feel full for the rest of the day

Hi /fit/ newbie here.

So I don't know if it's my chronic fapping addiction or what, but my right bicep is more buff than my left. How do I go about evening this out?

My current theory is that if I limit myself to the capabilities of my left arm, ie, if I can only do 8 reps with my left then that's what I'll do with my right.

Would that work to even it out? Also, quitting fapping so much obviously.
