Been a fun 21 days of lifting.

>Injured my back last year
>Took a whole year off
>Started lifting again Jan 2nd
>Worked up my squats from bar to 145lbs
>3rd set in, feel two crackles in my back
>Lower and upper
>Doesn't hurt at all
>Put in another rep, nerves shoot through my body when I break parallel
>Think I haven't been keeping my back tight enough? Too wide of grip on high bar squats
>Either way, finish my set, find it hard to turn head left and right
>It's 5 hour later now and my traps are sore as fuck
>Pinkys feel off indicating that something is pressing on my C8

I did start from 0.

I started at the bar and lifted every other day adding between 5-10lbs depending on how much energy I had. 21 days later and I worked up to 145.

ITT: Breakfast recipes

I'll start with mine that I'm eating today:

2 eggs
1 banana
Mix them together in a blender. Fry them on a pan and they become pancakes. Then I usually put some cottage cheese and berries on them.

1 teaspoon yeast powder
1 tbsp olive oil
100g flour
pinch of salt
half a glass of milk or less (150-200ml)

mix it, cook it in a pan with little oil

pancakes

anybody ever take this shit? i see it talked about on /fit/ a lot so I assume you guys have some experience with it.

my doctor offered to perscribe it to me. antibiotics DO work for my face but every time I come off them it flares up again.

he said I would have to do about 4-5 months of the accutane and then I could take a maintenance dose of 2 pills per week and never have to deal with acne again

im just worried about those sides, they sound horrible

I'd say try it anon. I've got mild Acne but I want to go on a course for 1 month just to clear it up before uni. Can't do it for longer because, I won't be able to drink then. Which means it would make it harder to bang club whores.

I was on it for like 6 months. Low dose. It does dry your skin out a bit, but I haven't suffered from cystic acne since I took it 4 years ago. I still get the occasional pimple though. No biggie

hello, I'm a novice user of stronglifts and I've recently got to a certain weight on my squats. I really feel that I need to drop the weight because I'm just doing half squats.

my problem is I don't seem to have the flexibility at all to go past parallel, I can't even do it with zero weight, my heels always come off the ground. can I get some advice on how to fix this/what sort of stretches I can do to start to improve my hip flexibility and maybe my ankle flexibility so I achieve an atg squat?

Put one of those slanted boards/plates under your heels or buy lifting shoes. Stretch before squatting and if it's really extreme go to a doctor to check whether there isn't some tendon/muscle that is too short

If you're fat to start (I was) then you'll end up with stubborn belly fat, it's the last thing to go. I did diet+cardio to drop my fat before I switched to lifting.
