I have been very fit for 10 years of gym, im now 30, stopped being fit 2 years ago and left the gym and now im very fat, but i dont want to sacrifice myself again eating well and doing sport, should i go back ?

when im fit i see myself like a god, and feel very good with myself and everybody and i more active and happy but is fucking hard and i have to reject nice food

i love eat i cant stop eat shit because i like it too much but im sad now all the time because im not fit but idont want to stop eating because it made me feel happy for a few

i dont want to go back to chicken and rice every day

Except for the coke, it's a good diet. There's some non-sense to it (no other grains, etc), but it's good.

Except for the coke, both white rice and fresh OJ is very healthy. Chicken is kinda bonkers, but eating red meat only is a good way to assure you getting creatine, minerals, B vitamins.

Ok /fit/ its how do we unfuck a body like this? time gain.

So, hypothetically, by magic or whatever, you wake up with a body like like pic related. You still have your face, except with the bloat and beard and all that added.

You're now 6'5" and 360 pounds. You have a truck load of muscle under your fat, and are profoundly strong.

You ignore the drug part, but if you want to be thorough, here the starting point; You also have been taking 500mg testosterone and 400mg Deca weekly for years. Are also a slin user, but not yet dependent. GHRP-6 is also in play for appetite stimulation and GH effects.

Your lifts are 850 DL, 700 SQ, 500 BP, and 400 OHP, you also have profound dynamic strength and can lift huge as stone, pull truckes etc... you got the strength that comes with this body.

This body will take at least 8 hours combined training through the week to maintain as is, and 8,000 calories a day.

What do you do? Specifically, and in detail. Do you just keep going as is? Do you decide to start cutting? What would be the end goal? How would you go about it?

too much protein in a meal results in less efficient use of it by the body. although it still improve protein synthesis, a lot will basically get peed out.

the ideal meal plan is 6 small meals a day designed around 20-25g serving of protein in that meal.

I'm glad my life took me a different direction when I was first getting into this 3-4 years ago. Having sorted out some other things first, I know that now pursing fitness is kind of a pipe-dream and just covers insecurity. I don't know anon, I think a lot of people on 4chan are depressed or suffer from mad anxiety issues that they could really use help with, myself included.

Can anyone post the /fit/ bodyfat chart?

If i remember correctly it was way more accurate and had a ton more examples.

The ones i can find on google are kind of fucked, they show the 5-9% bodyfat guy closer to like 12% imo (such as pic related, no way that's under 10%)

Hey guys, fat person here. Last year i was 268lbs. I started loosing weight and i'm now 220. But i'm concerned about getting loose skin. As long as you take it slow it'll be negligible. In the case you do have loose skin, surgery is always an option and you can get your insurance to cover it if you can find a doctor who will say it's not cosmetic.

If Rich Piana says on video that he uses illegal PEDs, couldn't a viewer report him to the police with a link to videos where he admits it? Would that not be enough for the police to search his house? I don't see how no one has done this just to troll him.
