hey fit.
I've been a weak fag my whole life till recently. i started doing at home exercises. push ups, sit ups, crunches, ect. this is my current body after working out frequently for two months. what do you recommend I do? I don't really have goals or an ideal body image, I really just want to have more strength and to feel healthier

I'm 4 years into lifting and I'm getting burnt out doing isolation's. Frankly, they're too boring, time consuming and feel fucking pointless. The only isolation I don't mind doing is Lateral raises, but everything else....fucking bores the shit out of me.

>OHP
>Power Cleans
>Weighted Chin-Ups
>Weighted Dips
>Lateral Raises

Those are the exercises I find enjoyable and fun. Everything else bores the fuck out of me (think - 99% of isolations in existence)

I've had this fear that I'm going to lose a percentage of my aesthetics if i stop doing most of my isolations.

How bad is it? I just started going to the gym, finished my first session today.
I tried maxing out diddlys and bench today and practiced form with lighter weights.
My diddly was 110kg for 9 reps, then my grip failed. I did 65 kg bench and failed my 7th rep, my gf had to help me, actually she suggested I should start lifting.
I am 25 years old, had a sedentary lifestyle my whole life. I played some soccer between 6yo and 12 yo. After that I only ate junk-food and played vidya.

I was a bit fat at 19 when I met my 10/10 gf, she was impressed by my >HEIGHT>FACE>FRAME
and personality.

I am currently at 97 kg, at 1.85 cm tall.
Am I fucked for life? Should I've started lifting sooner? Do I look DYEL?

Fatty front and good back. Same here, cutting will help a lot ofc but your chest and arms will always lack. The weights are great for a start from sedentary, i started at your height with 85kg at 25kg bench and 50kg dl.
Oh, i just read the last paragraph: you look dyel af, nearly obese, and need a haircut. Frame looks good, not sire about height and face though. Cut your hair and fat hard

Do any of you anons try this? I tried listening to my teacher's microbiology lectures while I was walking on the treadmill but she was pretty shitty, so I had to watch YouTube videos for other teacher's lectures. I'm in anatomy now, but this is my second time doing the class. I did the course last time 3 years ago, and I remember a lot, but in my path to becoming fit, I didn't give a shit about studying that much for the class. Now that I really need to pass (with an A or B), and the fact that I've become pretty out of shape and my blood sugar is over than 100 on some days, I need to actually get in shape. Any tips or suggestions for studying while exercising? How do you guys balance limited amounts of time and exercise?
