I stopped lifting. Gradually I was able to hold normal conversations again, after losing 40lbs of muscle mass I could walk straight with a normal posture. Two years later and I'm almost entirely back to normal, I find myself drooling from time to time but nothing major

I think OHP is better. Bench with no OHP will get you tits and you wont look big if your shoulders are small. OHP with no bench will get you big shoulders and upper chest and you will look big on clothes.
