I have been very fit for 10 years of gym, im now 30, stopped being fit 2 years ago and left the gym and now im very fat, but i dont want to sacrifice myself again eating well and doing sport, should i go back ?
when im fit i see myself like a god, and feel very good with myself and everybody and i more active and happy but is fucking hard and i have to reject nice food
i love eat i cant stop eat shit because i like it too much but im sad now all the time because im not fit but idont want to stop eating because it made me feel happy for a few
i dont want to go back to chicken and rice every day

You can eat like 2500 kcal a day if you exercise too. If you don't have willpower for a routine like that just eat a bit less than your maintenance and on workout days you can eat more.
It's a slow but it formats your eating habits so you don't fall into fatness anymore. Also you can still eat the stuff you want but not like a hippopotamus
