How concerned should I be about plastic /fit/?
I don't go overboard with using it, I've actually been reducing my exposure to the stuff.
However, I've been working at a factory that recycles plastic for a little over 2 years. I haven't noticed anything that could be lowered testosterone or anything.
Am I being too paranoid? Should I look for another job?

if you melt the plastic, exposure to the fumes has been researched and confirmed to cause cancer (especially in the lungs), as well as different diseases to the eyes

At my school's gym they have this machine right infront of the deadlift platform, adjacent to the mirrors. So if you are deadlifting you will be face to face with whoever is using it.
When I was deadlifting on friday, this little blonde chick was using it. She was wearing baggy pt shorts, was kind of hard not to stare at her thighs while lifting.

I've been working out for a week now, but my diet is still subpar.
I'm just not getting all my calories in, and since I also gave up unhealthy stuff I've actually been eating much less than I was before now. Bulking diet by the way.
I'm on a college campus, and most stuff on here isn't too healthy, and offers pretty much no way for me to count calories or macros in the meals either.
So basically help me come up with a manageable grocery list of stuff to buy when I go to the grocery tomorrow.

Really I need help getting something healthy that I can eat whenever I want with little to no preparation or cleanup. Cereals and cookies and stuff of that nature filled that void before, so I don't know exactly what to do now. Fruits maybe? But I can only once once a week anything I buy might spoil. I also don't have a lot of fridge space.
Alternatively, just give me the most calorie dense, healthy things imagine so I can just eat a bit of that each day and hit goals without worrying about whether I want to eat or not.
