Anyone else thinking this might simply be a case of whoever making this already being aware of its ineffectiveness, but trying to make a routine even american fatties could possibly stick to? It's a lot better than doing nothing, and could realistically get people hooked on exercise given enough time

1. The person who wrote this is a nobody
2. No transformation pics.
3. No lifting stats before/after
So, no reason at all to follow the routine
