Are my sleeping habits making me gain weight? I go 12am-7:30am but feel sleepy as fuck until around 3:30 pm
On weekends I sleep in for like 9 hours and feel energized after getting up
Even if it doesn't make me gain weight should I start sleeping around 10?

No, you eating more than you burn is making you gain weight. Calories in need to be < calories out for you to lose weight. Sleep deprivation has miniscule effects on your metabolic rate but can severely affect your behavior towards diet and physical activity - so you might call it a contributing factor, but nothing like "not sleeping is making me fat."
Working out three times a week isn't near enough to counteract a shit diet.It wouldn't be enough even if you did 300kcals of cardio every day all week if you're still eating more than that over your calorie requirements.
What kind of question is that anyway? Of course you should be getting enough sleep every night. Being sleep-deprived is terrible for your mental and physical health.

Do you like your job? I used to stay up late every night because I dreaded going to work the next day. All it did was make me sleep-deprived all week, made work shittier, and killed my motivation to do anything after work. I'd have plans to go to the gym but after being at work for 9-10 hours I'd get home and fall asleep on my couch for four hours.
