Is it OK to approach girls in the gym if they show signs that they are interested in you? Or will I just end up having to change hours, or worse, getting banned from the gym?

you can, but I've learned the hard way not to shit where you eat. the gym is the one place I can just zone out, relax and have a good time. I once tried to date some girl at my old gym and when it didn't work out it it ruined my gym time forever.

It does, depending on the shirt. I always buy the ones a bit on the tight side, so it doesn't happen.

Title says it all. Been lifting for 4 months with great progress, lost a ton of fat, some weight, and am much stronger than I was starting out.

Now I want to get absolutely serious and track my macros.

Is it normal for my triceps to be way more sore than my biceps after training arms?

My biceps pretty much never get sore really.

I don't know that I can. They feel completely gassed after every arm workout I do. When I'm done my arms feel like jelly, and yet it's only my triceps that are sore the next day.

I've been doing a separate day for arm isolation movements and those workouts usually go about 24 sets, 12 for bis and 12 for tris.

I started including dropsets for my bicep movements but still, no pain the next day.
