hey fit.
I've been a weak fag my whole life till recently. i started doing at home exercises. push ups, sit ups, crunches, ect. this is my current body after working out frequently for two months. what do you recommend I do? I don't really have goals or an ideal body image, I really just want to have more strength and to feel healthier

Buy a weight vest (recommend 40lb adjustable) and do at least 40 minutes a day of walking with it. Once you are comfortable with 40lb start carrying 5lb plates in each hand.

in terms of goals, you do really need one in order to actually get anything out of it, whether it be "I want to walk a little faster" or "I don't want to be blown over by a stiff breeze"

I was like you and tried a few things unsuccessfully like power lifts and weights. I'm not sure what you would call this body type but it's like a bulkier swimmer or maybe a fighter. I feel very nimble and strong these days and I'm about 3 years into the weight vest, I do 40lbs with a 10lb plate in each hand.

I started working out weaker looking than you. Trust me you gain a lot of respect if people notice you going from a skeleton to relatively built in a good time frame

terminology is incorrect, you do 15 reps 6 times a day. you should be doing them back to back with minimal rest in between, that's how you build muscle. if you're not feeling the burn you're doing it wrong.
