Same issue here, weirdly enough I can do back extensions but good mornings are a big no no, at least since I last tried, which admittedly was during my initial injury.

Definitely find something, I've not had any back pain since doing back extensions every work out. There are other things you can do.

My all time 1rm was 130kg squat, 86kg bench, 165kg deadlift.
current tested 1rm is 115kg squat, 82kg bench and 150kg deadlift

I'm going to make my 140/100/180 goals this year, that's my goal.

I know my bench is my weakest, so my accessories are mostly for benching, when I get to my goals on the other lifts, should i stop advancing them until my bench catches up, or would it not make enough of a difference to be worth the other lifts staying still?

and now i have a date with an 18 year old twink!
