Assuming that you dont deadlift bitch weight.
The problem with this idea is that you'd make better progress on the deadlift if you were also squatting. A lot of single lift routines will have you do Light Squats and Heavy Deadlifts or Heavy Squat and Light Deadlifts on the same day.
i would do
monday: jefferson deadlift left foot forward
tuesday: behind the back deadlift
thursday: jefferson deadlift right foot forward
thursday: behind the back deadlift
