I'm 4 years into lifting and I'm getting burnt out doing isolation's. Frankly, they're too boring, time consuming and feel fucking pointless. The only isolation I don't mind doing is Lateral raises, but everything else....fucking bores the shit out of me.

>Bench
>OHP
>Power Cleans
>Weighted Chin-Ups
>Weighted Dips
>Lateral Raises
Those are the exercises I find enjoyable and fun. Everything else bores the fuck out of me (think - 99% of isolations in existence)

I've had this fear that I'm going to lose a percentage of my aesthetics if i stop doing most of my isolations.
I wonder if it's just an irrational fear.

Nah isolation is meme. You will be fine even if you don't do them as long as you hit your compounds heavy.
