Is it dangerous to go straight from 34% bf to something like 10-12%? I've been dieting since august and I'm already at 16%, lost 60 pounds. My hair is falling like crazy with this weight loss, which raised concerns about going even further with this

Just get enough protein

Have like 4 scoops a day, some insoluble fiber, a multivitamin and at least 1 good, healthy solid meal a day.

Hard fast cuts are not too bad as long as you keep your protein high, get all of your essential micronutrients drink plenty of water and get enough energy.
AS WELL ASS do something to keep your muscle mass.

If you're just drinking some micronutrient devoid concoction with no protein then you're going to have serious trouble.

And if you're a woman who's dropping down to sub 18% bodyfat like that then you're in REAL big trouble.

Take a multivitamin, eat more filling healthier foods, eat at maintenance, do calisthenics to build and maintain muscle for a month.

You'll start to feel and look better.

What the fuck is creatine supposed to do for you?

I've been loading on pic related creatine monohydrate for over a week and haven't seen or felt any changes in energy, strength, endurance, whatever the fuck this is supposed to do.

I've been taking 25g a day. Should I take more, am I doing something wrong, or am I just fucking retarded?

I can't remember how it works or it's function in the body but it helps with muscle growth. It does cause your muscles to hold more water as well giving you a bigger appearance, but that subsides if you stop taking it. It seems to be quite on the fence in regards to if it should be used or not though. If you do use it, make sure to stay very well hydrated.

it doesn't work for everyone, it's a bit of a genetic thing, it's possible your body is already almost capped at hydration

The best diet is vegan + however much animal products you need to hit protein (+fat) macros (and no more than necessary). Whether that be poultry, red meat, fish, whatever, as long as it's kept to a minimum compared to the volume of plant products you eat.

It's the exercise of having your mouth closed, teeth together and tongue on the roof of your mouth

>Does it work?
Yes, absolutely, some have a more malleable bone structure and will see faster results, but it does work.

>What do I do?
There are two simple things you have to do.
1. Chew hard gum.
2. Perform a simple exercise.
I will explain each in detail below:

>Chewing gum.
This process strengthens your facial muscles, allowing them to be more accentuated, reducing the pudgy look, and giving a more "indented" and concave look, adding more definition while also improving dental structure and health.
Like dogs and other animals, we were meant to constantly chew to strengthen our jaws and biting strength.

Traditional gum is full of sugar and incredibly soft, made for weak people.
This is /fit/, we don't chew pussy gum.

>Tongue exercise.
This is the most important part and perform this exercise whenever you're not chewing gum.
What you have to do is align your front row of teeth so they're parallel top to bottom, use a mirror, close your mouth and keep it relaxed, do not grind them.
Then using as much area as you can of your tongue, apply pressure on the roof of your mouth.
If it gets slightly uncomfortable, you're doing good.
What you should feel, and the only way you know its working is if you feel place your fingers underneath your jaw and feel a hardening and flexing motion happening.

This flexing motion is what is used to push your jaw forward over time, and to give it more definition, fixing any under-bite and aligning things properly.

This will take time, do not give up.

Anyone else find that having a strict diet is the hardest part of a fit lifestyle? Going to the gym is something I enjoy, but I would rather fucking shoot myself than eat another clean meal. The more calories I can fit in my mouth, the faster my muscles will repair and the more they will grow.

I can't dedicate myself to a cut, because I always end up eating out of sheer boredom, even though I rationalise it in my head as 'you need to eat because you muscles need it'. I don't know what to do or how to kill the guy inside me who just wants to eat everything he sees.

I am in a repeating cycle of bulking and cutting on a weekly basis, so I'm not making any real progress apart from my lifts are marginally increasing.
