So, it's Chest/Biceps day and I was wanting some input on this routine. Since I only hit this muscle group really hard once a week I figured this would be good to really kill it.

4x10+ Incline bench
4x10+ Flat bench
3x10+ Pullovers
3x10+ Cable Cross Overs
3x10+ Incline fly
3x10+ DB fly
3x10+ chest Dips
4x10+ preacher curl

I'm aware that back/bis synergize with each other, but when I really want to focus on hitting one muscle in particular I feel like it's best to target it on a day that isn't going to be effected by doing other lifts and is already fatigued.

But that's the WHOLE POINT. If you're going to be doing rows or bicep curls or pull ups or deadlifts (and yes, you should be doing all of those, at least), then you might as well target them all at once rather than attempt this asynchronous nonsense.

If you're getting too "fatigued" with this approach something is wrong with you, your set/rep design, your diet, etc..
