Been lifting for almost 5 years now, and I've done Full Body, Upper/Lower, PPLxPPL and for the past year I've been on a bro-split, and I've made huge improvements to my physique despite it being my 5th year of training.
Doing 20-30 sets for chest in 1 day, that shit keeps my chest pumped all fucking week long. Same goes for every other muscle group.
My routine
Monday = Traps/Delts
Tuesday = Quads/Posterior chain
Wednesday = Chest
Thursday = Back
Friday = Arms + Calves + Abs

I'm not because I'm a DYEL with a narrow jaw and if I did neck exercises daily I would look like a thumb very quickly. Forearms are just because I'm lazy.
They are important muscles though, people tend to only go for the arms and legs instead of focusing on a balanced physique where every part of your body is strong.

cutting now too. I noticed how easily it is to eat too much. I use to be a pretty big fatty and now I am skinnier, but still have the appetite of a fat ass.
so I just drink a lot of water throughout the day and only eat to stop feeling hungry instead of eating to the point of feeling full.
I was going to talk about this 250 lbs fat ass gym person that my work hired to give advice about dieting. god damn she was awful. it was sad watching this clam waddle her way to the stage.
IF is good for hunger management. it gets much easier after the first week
