i fell for the fucking SS meme boys. my 1RMs:

almost at 3pl8 and 4plb squat and DL but shit upper body strength. how do I correct this so I don't like like a fucking dinosaur?

What if you started benching 3 tines a week as well as squatting? It's ludicrous I know but if you up your bench frequency then there won't be a problem.

anyway, you haven't been memed, those are really nice lifts.. maybe except for bench, that isn't great but it isn't bad either

once you start a more hypertrophy focused routine, you will be harvesting lots of gains. I'd recommend either candito's LP (strength/hypertrophy) or reddit PPL.

that's true, but considering his OHP, his bench is probably either just done bad form or simply done too infrequently. it'll get better as soon as he starts focusing on it.

it is, but isn't meant to make you look good, just to get you strong quickly
upper body don't progress as near as quick as lower body, so you better do more volume/more frequently in order to get gains

when I was short on time to lift, I simply threw some 4x8 80% of the complementary lift after the main upper body lift of the day, so:
ohp day:
> 3x5 ohp + 4x8 bench
bench day:
> 3x5 bench + 4x8 ohp
rows day:
> 3x5 bb row + 4x8 chin-ups/db rows

and so...
