Slept with a long time friend that has a boyfriend last Friday. We both seemed to enjoy it a lot.
Saturday night I decide to stay in and she goes out with our group of friends and texts me to stay up for her. 4 a.m. rolls around and I fall asleep. I came over Sunday but right before we go at it again, she tells me how guilty she feels.
Was I inadequate of stealing someone's girl? Or do you think the guilt factor was a thing. My gains have gotten me this fair. But I'm a hollow shell when it comes to human interaction.

Yeah, warm up for each movement. Squat warmup doesn't do much for you shoulders when you got to OHP after all.
During DL just lock out the rep then return it to the floor. Or drop it if you're a fag. It's not a bad idea to hold the last rep as long as you can to build grip strength though.

Pizza isn't a problem. It's the two pizzas, 1.25ltr coke and cheesy garlic bread that is the actual issue. Eating it in bed also doesn't help and also not going to the gym. Same goes for all foods.
